Leave it to Art. Lebedev to create Segmentus, a clock that uses traditional clock hands to form numbers like those on a digital display. You can also look over their design process for the concept.

Exquisite, organic lighting by Lindsey Adelman Studio, Manhattan. Hand-blown glass globes branching from custom metal fittings. Love these.

Pink Tentacle has a nice collection of assorted posters by Yusaku Kamekura, often considered the father of Japanese graphic design. Many would probably know him best from his gorgeous work for the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games.

I am crazy about this wily Demon Lamp, designed by the most excellent Jamie Hewlett. Measuring at a respectable height of 40cm (about 15¼ inches), the lamp comes with a free energy-saving bulb if shipped within the UK.
I found this little guy while exploring Gorillaz’ new Plastic Beach site. I also dig the resemblance to the Naugahyde Nauga, as noticed by a few Drawn! readers.

Awesome Found Alphabet on the wall of Gordon Smith’s studio, as seen by Kara Pecknold. I concur with Michael, et al: A great DIY project idea for all of us, no?

Koko is a side/night table with built-in laptop desk/breakfast tray. Designed by Polish design studio kompott for VOX Furniture (although I currently don’t see it for sale on the VOX site).
How often do you check your favorite blog at work or read work emails at home? The rapid development of the mobile technology caused changes in our habits as well as in our living space: a sofa or a bed area more and more often turns into a working space. Koko was inspired by the fact of merging two traditionally separated aspects of life - work and relax.

GreenMarkers are very cute grass-shaped page markers from Japanese design studio Yuruliku. Marks you make appear and cover like new grass on your books and reference materials.

Loving this Thingamabob silkscreen print series by UK designer/illustrator Haniboi.
The edition is themed on everyday objects, each of them presents an important message with twisted humor and bold colours.
(thanks, Haniboi)
Milton Glaser Draws & Lectures. A Short Film by C. Coy, filmed at Milton’s studio in 2006.
